Injectables

Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, and Xeomin
We offer multiple neurotoxins to suit each client’s needs. These are simple, nonsurgical prescription medicines that are injected into muscles to temporarily improve the look of both moderate to severe lines and wrinkles anywhere
on the face.

Facial Fillers
We offer the full spectrum of facial fillers at IM&A. Not all fillers are the same and we take into consideration bone loss, collagen/volume loss, and patient preference into our selection of the specific filler that will fit the problem or need of each client. We have experience with all the various fillers and you can feel confident that you are in the best possible hands, whether looking to correct volume loss, cheeks, nasolabial folds, lips, lines/wrinkles, strengthen the jaw, etc. We offer the Restylane line of fillers: Radiesse, Belotero Balance, Versa. Moreover, in certain areas we offer cannulas – which minimize the bruising and swelling associated with fillers.

Sculptra
As a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen stimulator, Sculptra Aesthetic helps restore the deep, underlying structure of the skin to diminish facial wrinkles. Sculptra works with your body within the deep dermis to help revitalize collagen production and help restore your skin’s inner structure and volume.

As the Sculptra Aesthetic PLLA microparticles are absorbed, they help stimulate collagen production. Rebuilt collagen strands begin gradually helping to restore facial volume and the look of fullness to wrinkles and folds. This is a two treatment regimen that takes approximately 2 months to reach maximum effect, but those results can last up to 2 years or longer. 

Facial Treatments

Chemical Peels
Medical-based chemical peels are essential for maintaining and restoring the skin’s health and appearance. It is recommended to have a series of 3-4 peels for optimal results. These medical-grade peels are individualized based on client needs. Your esthetician or healthcare provider will customize each peel based on patient preference and skin care consultation. We are proud to offer “lunchtime peels” that will not peel and require no down-time, as well as more advanced peels that target specific concerns. Dermaplaning is included as part of most of our chemical peels, and this provides an extra layer of exfoliation as well as a smooth surface. We offer glycolic, lactic, salicylic, Jessner’s, TCA, and more.

VI Peels
All our painless medium-depth VI Peels are safe for all skin types and tones with results in as little as 7 days!

We offer six uniquely formulated VI Peel treatments designed to lift pigment, remove sun damage, alleviate acne and scarring, and fight fine lines and wrinkles.

• VI Peel Precision Plus
  This medium-depth powerhouse peel received the holy grail award by cosmopolitan for 2022. It works to suppress the production of melanin, while promoting rapid cell turnover for more even and bright skin tone. Expect brighter, renewed skin in 7 days. 

• VI Peel Purify with Precision Plus
  Provides two treatments in one! Take on current breakouts and the scars and pigmentation they leave behind. This peel clears away dead skin cells and excess oil to speed breakout clearing and purify pores to prevent breakouts. By targeting melanogenesis—the production of melanin—at the source, this treatment helps minimize stubborn post-acne scars and uneven tone for a brighter, smoother surface.

• VI Peel Purify
  a multi-faceted treatment for the many triggers and symptoms of acne, from dead skin cells and excessive oiliness to clogged pores and all types of blemishes. • VI Peel Original

• VI Peel Body

Dermaplaning
A simple and safe procedure that exfoliates the epidermis and rids the skin of fine vellus hair (peach fuzz). Using a scalpel and a delicate touch, the provider abrades the surface of the skin with light feathering strokes, resulting in a smooth and even surface that allows improved penetration of products or chemical peels.

Microdermabrasion
A cosmetic procedure in which a very thin layer of facial skin is abraded with a high-pressure spray of crystals in order to diminish the appearance of fine wrinkles, discolorations, scars, and blemishes.

Microneedling

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)
Microneedling is a collagen induction therapy also called percutaneous collagen induction and is a researched and proven treatment option for skin rejuvenation, scars, discolorations, fine lines and wrinkles. The SkinPen and CosmoPen are the two medical devices we incorporate to deliver medical-depth and medical-grade proven results. We offer serum following the procedure or upgrade to our PRF whereas we draw your blood, spin it down and use your own healing factors to rejuvenate the skin and add volume and fullness. No matter which option you choose, you are left with beautiful, glowing skin.

Facials
A family of skin care treatments provided by our esthetician. Facials can target the face, back or chest and may include steam, exfoliation, extractions, creams, lotions, facials masks, and massage. Moreover facials can be used to target specific skin concerns and are a great general cleansing treatment and relaxation treatment.

Sclerotherapy

A minimally invasive procedure used to treat uncomplicated spider veins and uncomplicated reticular veins. The treatment involves the injection of a solution into the affected veins, and may require 2-3 treatments. Asclera is the product utilized at IM&A and is FDA approved.

Ultherapy

Ultherapy is the only FDA-cleared noninvasive treatment for lifting the skin on the neck, chin and brow and now is cleared to improve lines and wrinkles on the décolletage. Weight Loss
Each weight loss consultation consists of a complete history and physical and is individualized based on each client’s needs and a medical body composition reading. The patient then receives instruction in diet, exercise, and medication, and receives access to their own personal website. We offer all-natural as well as pharmaceutical weight loss solutions. We will work with your insurance and you to find the best possible fit for you and your lifestyle.

Hormone Consultation
We offer bio-identical hormone replacement at IM&A, (this consists of a complete history and physical as well as consultation with a medical professional). We then decide on and order lab work based on individual symptoms and physical exam findings. Labs are interpreted and your healthcare practitioner will evaluate them and order appropriate bio-identical hormones and supplements.
